How long will my order take?
It really depends on the nature and complexity of your order. Eyes generally take me 2 weeks and large doll comissions around 4 weeks. However, this time may increase or decrease depending on workload and weather.

How much will I pay in customs fees when sending my doll to the UK?
To my international customers; please understand there will be customs charges on expensive items marked at full value.

Why does the weather affect processing time?
Bad weather can affect resin eyes and also the adherence of sealant to plastic surfaces.
England is a changeable country! If there are issues due to weather conditions I will always contact you and let you know of any delays to your order.

Why are your prices in $ when you are UK based? Can I pay in £?
Doll companies prefer to be paid in USD ($) so it makes life easier to display the current prices in this format.
You absolutely CAN pay in £ for your order, here is a handy converter to help you! Please note currency fluctuations do occur, so the final order total may alter.

Could you give me some info on doll sizes so I get the right size accessory?
Approximate doll sizes and scales are:
Large 1/3 75cm+
1/3 scale (SD) 55-70cm
1/4 scale (MSD) 35-50cm
1/6 scale (Tiny) 25-30cm
1/8 scale 14-20cm
Obviously this can vary company by company so please feel free to get in touch and ask about your doll sizes before buying.
